There is no refund policy (refund would be proceed only in case if you have made payment more than once for the same item).
No refund policies are allowed for products and services that are difficult to return or non-returnable, such as digital products (pdf notes, e-book). PDF notes and e-book become non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been completed or if we have initiated the process of shipping either ourselves or through the vendors/merchants/ representatives whom we may appoint from time to time. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it our notice by call on +91-6005701616 within 24 hours of receiving the product. OurTeam after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods are in the original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
